Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!
It is such a beautiful spring day, not a cloud in the sky.
It is perfect for Easter.
I know He lives!

This Is Love?

There has been a lot of hate going around Facebook.
Although, I feel it is suppose to be about the opposite.
All of this gay marriage and marriage equality stuff is getting pretty...umm...hateful.
There is a lot of posting of "love is love."
But I don't see much of that.
I try my best to love everyone, no matter your sexual orientation, race or religion.
I am a Mormon and as a member I have been taught to live and strive to be like Christ.
To love everyone as he loves us.
Which I can tell you right now, he loves ALL of us more than we can comprehend!
I try to.
It is difficult. Nobody is perfect.
I do not agree or support gay marriage, but that does not mean I hate them.
I have several gay friends and I absolutely love them!
If they want to be married then more power to them.
With this whole thing being about love, whether its for everyone to love everyone or for people to be in support for marriage equality or how marriage is about love and it shouldn't matter who Marries who.
If it is about the who marries who.
Then they shouldn't be too worried about being married.
I mean if you got love...how is marriage going to change that.
Besides adding certain lawful benefits.
Which this whole marriage equality thing is really about, not love, like they say.
If it were they would be fine.
We are all equal.
Every man in this country has the right to marry a woman.
Every woman has the right to marry a man.
See. Equal.
Don't get me wrong. I am absolutely head over heels in love with sweet Husband!
But we also believe that getting married and sealed to each other is a must in order to return and live in the presence of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ!
Which is our goal!
To be there with each other and with our family!
Anyway, I do not hate anyone.
I just don't agree with everyone!
Also, this country is going down the hole fast.
There are other issues that should be addressed first.
I heard about a HUGE deficit!
War, taxes, unemployment, everyone who is living off the government.
Well, actually OUR taxes. The government doesn't have any money.
Illegal immigration.
You know, but those can wait.
Until after our guns are taken away.
Come on people.
Lets stand together for our country!
This is not the time to be selfish!
You think that gay marriage is a right you should have, but don't.
Well, just wait to see how many more get taken away.
There are so many more reasons as to why gay marriage should not be passed into law, but this post would go on forever.
Ok. I am done.
Before this marriage equality for polygamy is brought up.

Husband. Ratings. Guns.

I just want to tell sweet Husband how proud I am of him!
He passed the written test for his instrument rating!
One step closer to being done with all this pilot stuff.
Still have a bit to go, but I am so proud!
He has worked and study so hard!
He is absolutely amazing!
Love you, Boo!

Also, with all of this marriage equality stuff going on, I thought I would just say we are in support for equality for all guns and our right to have them!
One of the first steps to a dictatorship is to disarm the citizens.
And that, I can assure you is what we DON'T want.
At least shouldn't want.
If that is what you want...well, I guess sit back and enjoy the ride.
It's going to suck.
Especially being defenseless.

Primary. Attempt One.

This last Sunday was my first time teaching my primary class.
I teach the 10 and 11 year olds.
Lets just say there are 16 in my class.
Not all always come, but this time I had 12.
And for their age, that's a lot.
They are good kids though!
I can tell this will be a fun class and a good experience!
For me, anyway...
Hopefully, I will get better at teaching.
I am sure it comes with the calling right?
The lesson was about how the Book of Mormon was actually made.
The printing, binding, selling. Those kinds of things.
For them to kind of get where the printers were coming from back then, I put a letter of paper that spelled out-
" The Book Of Mormon Another Testament Of Jesus Christ"
And the had to sort them out and put in order.
Of course not hard, but to do that for the ENTIRE book, page by page.
5,000 times( at first anyway).
Then they were kind of taken back!
After that they each got to fold a paper and make it a book in the exact way they did back then.
And cut the pages after folding!
I think it went well, for my first time.
Well, wish me luck!

Happy Birthday, Dad!

This is a Happy Birthday shout out to my darling dad!
Our house was all girls.
I made that sound like a lot, but you know 2 daughters and a wife, obviously a girl and then all of our dogs except for one were all girls.
Needless to say my dad was a good sport.
He went to ALL of our dance competitions, recitals, and all of my cheerleading events.
Trust me, it was enough estrogen to make me sick!
Hopefully not too bad for the cheer stuff since a majority of it was at sporting events.
And I did play soccer for a few years until dance and tumbling and cheer consumed my life.
But he was always there!
By choice he would even stay and watch me at my tumbling class.
But, come on...that is some cool stuff.
He told me last weekend that he remembers my days were all school and then off to dance, pick me up after a few hours of that and drop me off at my tumbling class.
And for a bit soccer was mixed in.
Anyway, back to the point that my dad is really supportive!
I had everything I needed growing up!
Thanks dad for being a strong and loving support in my life!
I am so glad that you are MY dad!
I love you!
Happy Birthday!

Can't Wait.

First off, I realized that video I tried to post didn't work.
At least not on my iPad.
I have tried over and over again to post it, but I am done.
Just go to YouTube and search for
"After ever after" and make sure it's by paint.
Ok, on to the next.
What is with this weather?
I know. Utah is known to have all four seasons in one day,
But last week was a BIG tease with temperatures in the high 70's
I went on walks and sat in the sun.
Well, I don't blame Phil, the groundhog.
I think that's all weird anyway.
Poor little dude getting all the blame for this.
I went to lunch with my sister and niece yesterday.
When I left Fairview, it was a bit chilly, but clear, sunny, blue skies.
When I got to Provo...blizzardish. Yuck.
My sister told me that my niece asked why is it snowing?
My sister said " Heavenly Father made it snow."
My niece said "no, he wouldn't do that."
Haha something like that.
She cracks me up with her comments!
Well, I took a couple pictures last week on my warm, sunny walks.
With no clouds in the sky...
Please come back.

Ok maybe like a little cloud coming over the mountain, but literally blue sky's forever!

Paint- After Ever After.

This is a must watch.
It is about what happens to a few Disney princesses after their "ever after".
This guys name is Jon Cozart.
On YouTube he is know as Paint!
I would say he is pretty creative.
And his stuff is pretty funny.
To me anyway.
Enjoy.
If you get a chance look at some of his others.

Nothing New.

It is almost mid March and I really have nothing to blog about.
I hate it when this happens.
It has actually been like this for quite some time now.
Hopefully things get more exciting around here once Husband finishes all his flight school.
We hope he can be done here in the next few months.
As long as there are not too many spring storms...and money to pay for his flying hours.
The last couple months have given me anxiety.
But, it actually wasn't a bad thing.
I slowed down and have noticed and really counted our blessings.
It is amazing how truly blessed Husband and I are!

In other news, still not exciting though.
I have gotten a new job...well back in January.
It has been so nice to be home more and to finally heal from injuries I got from my other job.
It is so nice and is yet just another blessing in my life.
It also allows me to go to church.
Which allows me to get a calling.
I just got called to be a primary worker for the 10-11 year olds.
It will be a first for me.

Well, that's just us as of late.

Peace out.
