Proud Moment.

I just have to say that I am extremely proud of sweet Husband!
He passed his instrument check ride yesterday!
He is now an instrument rated pilot.
Next step, getting his commercial rating, which is super exciting.
He will finally be able to get paid for what he loves to do!
Anyway, back to the check ride.
He worked so hard to get all the hours and requirements done so he could take the check ride.
A check ride consists of a ground or oral testing, Husbands went for about two hours and then they go on a flight with an examiner that is just under two hours.
In the flight you don't just fly around.
Husband had to wear foggles, which are glasses that only allow you to see the instruments and not outside. Crazy! Right? Not being able to see out the window!
And you have to keep a certain speed, elevation, and heading...ok just about everything he did had to be in selected spot.
It also was quite the windy day, which is not a good thing!
But he showed that plane who is boss!
I really am so proud of Husband.
He is amazing!

7 Weeks.

I know, I know these posts will get old, but I love to see from week to week how big my sweet Sako is getting.
Really, he is like my baby.
It is amazing how much he grows...even over night.
On Monday, we took him in for an ear crop so he can really look like a doberman.
It was so hard for me to leave him at the vet, I got all teary eyed, but he did well and he is going to look so good in the next few months.
It's crazy how much we love him and it is so cute to see how much husband loves him.
They are my handsome boys!
The picture where Sako has his head wrapped he technically 8 weeks, but the rest were taken within his 7th week of life!
Enjoy!

6 Weeks Old.

Just had to share a few photos of our sweet Sako that I have taken over the last couple days!
He is getting so spunky and his personality is sweet, but feisty!
Don't worry there will probably lots of these posts.
I am obsessed!

Conference Weekend.

Conference weekend was so good and relaxing.
Friday night was Husbands mission reunion.
It was held at the Riverside Country Club in Provo.
It was fun to see President and Sister Lindley!
They are quite the people, if you want to know what near perfection is you need to meet them.
They are so generous, humble and inspiring!
They came down to our house a couple weekends ago to help Husband out with his missionary prep class. On another note about his missionary prep class is becoming A big thing!
And I couldn't be more proud of sweet Husband
Anyway, since on Sunday we needed to be in Twin Falls, Idaho by 9:00 am, we stayed Friday and Saturday night at my parents.
Saturday was pretty relaxing. Just ran errands and watched conference, oh and we also went out for breakfast! It was super yummy!
Sunday we left about 5:30 am to pick up Sako!
Don't know who Sako is?
Please see previous post for pictures.
Once we had him we cruised home while listening to conference and can I just say I almost liked listening to it more in the car.
For one, I could stay awake easier and it was easier to pick out little things.
After all the talks on marriage, family, faith, being obedient and women.
I am super extra thankful for my sweet husband.
He is my prince.
With him I can have all the blessings of the priesthood.
I can be a mom...one day.
We have no expiration date.
We are sealed for time and all eternity!
Which I am so grateful that we were worthy and able to be married in the temple.
It was an amazing, unforgettable experience that I treasure!
He loves, cares, and helps me everyday!
We need each other to receive all the blessings we are promised.
I love that he is my other half.
He is strong in body, mind, and spirit and that keeps me strong.
I am so blessed!
Found mine in Australia!

Also, I do believe this goes for girls as well.
A prince does need a princess after all.

This Is Love?

There has been a lot of hate going around Facebook.
Although, I feel it is suppose to be about the opposite.
All of this gay marriage and marriage equality stuff is getting pretty...umm...hateful.
There is a lot of posting of "love is love."
But I don't see much of that.
I try my best to love everyone, no matter your sexual orientation, race or religion.
I am a Mormon and as a member I have been taught to live and strive to be like Christ.
To love everyone as he loves us.
Which I can tell you right now, he loves ALL of us more than we can comprehend!
I try to.
It is difficult. Nobody is perfect.
I do not agree or support gay marriage, but that does not mean I hate them.
I have several gay friends and I absolutely love them!
If they want to be married then more power to them.
With this whole thing being about love, whether its for everyone to love everyone or for people to be in support for marriage equality or how marriage is about love and it shouldn't matter who Marries who.
If it is about the who marries who.
Then they shouldn't be too worried about being married.
I mean if you got love...how is marriage going to change that.
Besides adding certain lawful benefits.
Which this whole marriage equality thing is really about, not love, like they say.
If it were they would be fine.
We are all equal.
Every man in this country has the right to marry a woman.
Every woman has the right to marry a man.
See. Equal.
Don't get me wrong. I am absolutely head over heels in love with sweet Husband!
But we also believe that getting married and sealed to each other is a must in order to return and live in the presence of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ!
Which is our goal!
To be there with each other and with our family!
Anyway, I do not hate anyone.
I just don't agree with everyone!
Also, this country is going down the hole fast.
There are other issues that should be addressed first.
I heard about a HUGE deficit!
War, taxes, unemployment, everyone who is living off the government.
Well, actually OUR taxes. The government doesn't have any money.
Illegal immigration.
You know, but those can wait.
Until after our guns are taken away.
Come on people.
Lets stand together for our country!
This is not the time to be selfish!
You think that gay marriage is a right you should have, but don't.
Well, just wait to see how many more get taken away.
There are so many more reasons as to why gay marriage should not be passed into law, but this post would go on forever.
Ok. I am done.
Before this marriage equality for polygamy is brought up.
