My Grandpa.

I don't really know where to start this post.
I guess I will start with my darling Grandpa.
On October 29, 2012 my sweet, loving, generous, and amazing grandpa passed away.
Growing up, for me, it was one of those things that you could never imagine would happen.
Kind of like getting your drivers license or getting married.
It feels like it would never happen, but they did.
I have had a really hard time with it all, even though I know he is no longer in pain and is at peace with our Father in Heaven.
I just miss him.
Ever since I was little he would always tell me how beautiful I am ( I know he is my grandpa, they are suppose to say thing like that, but it still helped my self esteem.) he always told me that my smile would be enough to catch a guy. You know just all that super sweet stuff grandpas say, but it still means the world.
It's crazy to think he is gone, but I will not forget.
I am thankful that he is no longer in pain and is no longer suffering.
I am sure he is probably loving all the freedom from his aged body.
If he has learned anything from me, hopefully it's how to do a cartwheel.
Here is the link to his obituary.
He is quite the guy!

The day after my grandpa passed away. Husband and I were able to go to the Jordan River Temple for his sister who was going for
The first time and was getting married at the end of the week.
Seeing everyone in white and feeling all the peace I knew this is where my grandpa was
It was absolutely lovely and much needed.
At the end of the week, at husbands sister's wedding.
When we were in the sealing room, it was said there are spirits in that room.
I knew again, that my grandpa was there.
I know he was a witness to that sealing and that he has been called on a new mission.
Love you, Grandpa.

I have other things to talk about and I was going to do it in this post, but I changed my mind.
Until next time.

Husband Turns 23.

My sweet husband turned twenty-three yesterday, October 30.
And I have never, in my life seen 23 look so good!
I feel bad, because he had to work yesterday and then we went to the Jordan River Temple, where his younger sister went for the first time, she gets married on Friday, November 2nd.
So he really didn't get that much attention, but his parents did take us to dinner, so that was nice.
It was a wonderful session and much needed, especially since my cute grandpa passed away on Monday, but more to come on that in the next post, but the temple was definitely a comfort.

Anyway, back to my amazing Husband.
He is so handsome and I absolutely adore him.
I am so blessed to be his wife. He takes such good care of me.
He supports me and is always putting not only mine, but others needs in front of his own.
I know he is way more than I deserve, but am so thankful he is mine and wanted to be mine.
Everything about him is wonderful and I wouldnt trade any part of him in.
I love him.
I love him.
I love him.

Random Talky Talk.

Can you believe I am actually putting another post on here?
Me either.
Just trying to stick to promises here.
Well, even though nothing much has really changed. A few things have happed.
I worked three, 16 hour shifts in a row and that sucked.
It turned out that I stacked/ loaded 16 planes, and downloaded 24.
With an average of 100-130 bags per flight just going on and about the same coming off.
More download, because we have 2 RONS now.
Anyway...it was not much fun, but a lovely work-out.
Especially getting into winter, people pack WAY more. Suitcases are getting bigger and heavier and there are just more of them, PLUS we now have skies and snowboards..LAME.

On a happier note, I have applied to renew my Passport, so that I can finally change my name on it.
Hopefully, we will be using it in the near future.

Today, Saturday. I got a call from Husband.
Who started out by saying "Lovey, you are going to kill me."
That is never good and I would NEVER do that.
Apparently, we have to speak in sacrament Tomorrow!
He forgot to tell me!
I am at work, in Salt Lake until 8:30 tonight.
I won't get home till around 11
Our plane is late and it take about 15-20 minutes to get to my car.
So, I pray that I may be able to find some spiritual enlightenment and give at least a decent talk tomorrow.
Oh please bless...
My sweet Husband, I love him.

Right now, I am loving the fall weather and colors.
The Canyon is awesome, but man 'o man.
It's getting colder, faster.
Yucky.

Well, until next time.

BYE.

Welcome Back, October.

I am back as promised! I am pretty excited about it.
I also have some pictures, not the best, but I figure they are little more fun than words...
Alright just for a little more detail on things.
We bought a house. It is in Fairview. Or for those of you who are better with Counties it is in Sanpete County. A while ago, a LONG time ago I said I never thought I would live in Utah County, but we did...For a year, but I really never thought I would live in Sanpete County, but we do.
It has been pretty good.
I haven't been home a lot with work in SLC and going to Denver for 2 weeks for work, but the time I have been home I have really enjoyed it.
I do love that it is quiet, not too quiet, but quiet.
You can see way more stars in the sky at night! LOVE.
Everyone is so friendly! It's like one big family.
Even though, I don't really love the long commute to work. I have enjoyed the Canyon changing colors. It is so beautiful, I love October and this time of the year.
Anyway, there are some pictures below...

These next few pictures below are of a deer or buck that was hanging around Alpine.
It has been for the last couple years. Smart, right?
Hang around the neighborhood to avoid hunting season.
Sad news, there is a hunter somewhere that got it, inside the city.
Which is a huge no, no and extremely dangerous.
Plus, that's kind of like cheating.
RUDE.

This is some yummy sesame chicken. I didn't put the seeds on it because I am not that big of a fan of them, but this chicken was so good- sweet and tangy!
Perfect on rice!

We have been getting some good shooting time in with our new guns that we got.
This is my target and I would just like to add I did not have a scope, so I was pretty proud of my self.
I usually am not that good without one.

So I didn't get that many pictures of us or at all in Las Vegas, but I got a few.
This is where we always ate lunch at our hotel, it was a yummy little cafe.
They had really good food and giant nachos!
I am pretty sure Husband got french toast everytime we went.
I tried to branch out.

We also got to show our Aussie friends the Manti Temple.
It's a little while since husband and I got to go.
The have added a BEAUTIFUL reflection pool and a little park, sitting park or strolling park.
I loved it and I am so thankful Husband and I live closer to the place where we were married and sealed.
It's absolutely lovely!

I know I have skipped a lot that has happened with us, but I don't want to bore you all too much.
We are loving the new home. We can't believe it is October.
Husband's Birthday month!
But we are all good.

Peace out.

Lil' Bit

I promise I have not forgotten that I have a blog. I miss it terribly. I have been in Denver for the last two weeks for my job and before that moving and working my guts out. We also don't have wifi at the moment so that has made blogging a bit more difficult as well, but I will give a little update on our life currently. We bought a house and moved down to Fairview. I am still working in Salt Lake at the airport. It is a lovely commute, not really.

We also flew down to Las Vegas a few weeks ago just to get away and it was absolutely wonderful! Husband's little sister Aubrey is getting married on November 2nd. It has been non stop busy the last couple months and it doesn't look like it is going to be slowing down anytime soon.

As soon as we have wifi, I am going to be blogging a little more detail and some pictures, I hope!

Also, I have some family...cousins, aunts and uncles doing a blog about why we should vote for Mitt Romney. It is very informational. Here it it.

Two Cents.

Alright, I know this is probably going to get a lot of dislikes. It's my opinion though. With the presidential election getting closer, I would just like to say something about how everyone is picking on Mitt Romney for not supporting gay marriage. Well, it sucks for those who are for it or who want it, but if that is the only reason you are not voting for Mitt, that is ridiculous. I get the GLBT community want equality in that way, they want the same rights as a traditional couple. I understand they are humans, they are exactly like me...just have a few different views. I get it, I do. I guess you could say no matter what your talking about or what lifestyle you are living there is always going to be something that just isn't fair. It doesn't matter if you are straight or gay or whatever...there is always something that isn't fair. Don't get me wrong I have quite a few friends that are gay or lesbian and they are some of my favorite people and I absolutely love them. There is nothing saying that they can't love each other or saying they can't live together. All this legalize love stuff, doesn't really work. Anyone can love who they want however long they want. That's what it should be...LOVE. There was not too much said about this until the GLBT community wanted to make it a big deal. All I am trying to say is that should not be the only reason you are not voting for Mitt or even if it because he a Mormon. That also should not be the only reason to vote for him. There are SO MANY issues that are going on in this country that we need to look at. What about our economy, our national debt, our military(there are plenty on issues within the military that need to be fixed for our military), unemployment, welfare, illegal immigrants, and so on. You are welcome to love who want, you are FREE to do that, I mean you can't stop love, but some things just aren't fair. It happens to EVERYONE. You can't tell me that you have to be to get married to proclaim your love. I LOVE, LOVE sweet Husband and I did before we were married and anyone who knew me, knew that. We believe in being married and being sealed in the temple to have an eternal family. In the life after this one we believe and know of eternal life and want to be with each other and our future children and family forever. We were married for love, and to CREATE a forever family. I didn't fall in love with Husband after we were married, I loved and adored him way before. If you don't have the same views as husband and I then, you probably don't believe in needing marriage these things. Marriage is just wanted for benefits. If you have love, you are golden! Hold on to it. I know I need to stop. Voting for or not voting for Romney because he is Mormon is just as bad as if you voted or didn't vote for Obama because he is black. If you are voting or not voting for Romney because he is against gay marriage, that's not right. Make sure you are looking at the whole picture and what everyone has to offer! Ok I am done. Sorry if you hate me now.

Pretty Bird.

I don't even know where to start, it's been a minute...plus a couple.
We're still here.
I don't know why I don't post more often about the dinners I make.
I promise I feed sweet Husband.
But, last night I finally remembered to actually take a picture of it.
I mean you can't post a recipe or tell about what you made without a picture, right?
Anyway, last night I made green chile enchilada casserole!
It was so yummy...
Se the picture, maybe it doesn't look to good, but it tasted delicious.
I also made these little desserts, but forgot to take a picture of those, my bad.
They were rolls with melted mallows and cinnamon sugar!
ok, moving on....

Next up, Husband and I went with his cousin Lu to the Easton Corbin concert on Tuesday.
I hadn't heard too much about him or even sure if I have heard some of his songs, but I must say his concert was pretty sweet. I might just be a fan now.
The concert was small and only an hour long, but it was perfect just to relax and be with Husband.
Thanks Lu!

Alright, last but not least. Husband found a bird. A parakeet to be exact.
It was at the shop, where they keep all of their equipment for work and such.
It was just hoppin' around and Husband put his hand down and he jumped right in.
He brought him home and I went and got him a little cage and some food. I thought he had been lost for days, he didn't stop eating!
He was pretty nice, until recently he doesn't want to come out of his cage!
LAME!
Anyway, Husband DID knock on doors around the shop to see if anyone was missing their bird, but no luck.
He is clipped so he can just flutter, not fly.
He will soon be at his new home with Husband's sister, Abby!

Alright, that was not really the last thing.
With the Olympics being on, which I LOVE.
especially gymnastics, it makes me miss tumbling, a lot.
This picture was me putting on a 7 year old, size leotard at tumbling with on of my best friends.
Don't worry, they are really stretchy, you should have seen me tumble in it.
Wow. Awkward.
 Anyway, I miss tumbling.

ONE MORE
My sister had her birthday on July 24th and I meant to post this, then, but..yeah.
Happy Birthday, Marissa!
27 years young!
Have another baby...please.
Yes, I am the one with the blonde hair.
